Oh dear, I had some money burning a hole in my pocket - so decided to spend some money on ME.

Yesterday I bought the 2.4GHz MacBook on a whim. I don't really NEED it (although it will come in bloody handy) I just thought it looked so damn sexy. Just went for the white one with the 160GB HDD as opposed to 250GB - but I don't think the extra disk space is worth the extra money they demand - especially since I have a 1 terrabyte portable drive knocking about.

Never owned a Mac before - so this will be fun. My plan was to juice up the PC so I can use it for games and use the laptop purely for work... and multimedia. Then I'll network them up or something... I dunno - we'll have to see what crazy shit I come up with.

Anyway - I'm pissing my pants waiting for the bloody thing to be delivered - could be as far away as Monday!

This is the first post made on the MacBook.

Still having a few teething troubles getting used to an entirely new operating system, but I am muddling through (touchpad mouse is driving me up the bloody wall too!)
